  • Involved with the resource investment industry since 1992 and as an investment banker, buy-side mining analyst, sell-side mining analyst and portfolio manager.

  • Former CEO of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd., founder and CEO of US Geothermal Inc which sold for $250M.
  • Senior officer of  Morrison Knudson Corporation & and CEO of MK Gold Company and Director of Chesapeke Gold (located 90 kms from Los Reyes) for 17 years.

Andrew Bowering

  • Venture capitalist, 30 years experience as owner operator of drilling companies and leadership in worldwide mineral exploration and development.
  • Founded/funded Millennial Lithium Corp and built teams to pursue precious, base and industrial metals from exploration to production.
  • Founder/operator of Caldera Environmental, Pinnacle Mines, ATW Gold, Cap-Ex Iron Ore, Millennial  and American Lithium Corp.

Edie Hofmeister, MA, JD

  • Attorney who has counseled large and small multi-national extractive companies on legal and ESG matters for over twenty years.
  • Most recently was EVP Corporate Affairs and General Counsel of Tahoe Resources Inc. where she headed the Legal, Sustainability and Government Affairs Departments.
  • Since 2006 Edie has worked alongside rural and indigenous communities in India, Peru, Guatemala and Canada to enhance food, work and water security.
  • Serves as the Vice Chair of the International Bar Association’s Business and Human Rights Committee, a group dedicated to promoting high ESG standards in multi-national corporations.
  • Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from UCLA, a Master of Arts degree in international peace studies from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco.

Paul Larkin

  • Over 35 years leading New Dawn Group, an investment and financial consulting firm that specializes in corporate finance, merchant banking and administrative management. Mr Larkin was an investment banker prior to founding New Dawn.
  • He has been a director and officer of various TSX, NYSE and TSX Venture Exchange listed companies.
  • Founding partner, director and Chairman of the Audit and Strategic Committees of US Geothermal Inc., a leading renewable energy company sold in 2018 for over $200 million USD plus enterprise value.

  • Co-founded and served as CEO of Orla Mining Ltd. (2015-2019) on gold development in Panama and Mexico Former principal of Marshall Precious Metal Fund focused on exploration–stage junior mining investment.

Chantal Gosselin, B.Sc. Eng, MBA

  • 30 years experience in mining operations and capital markets in asset management and as a sell side analyst.
  • Former Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Goodman Investment Counsel and Senior Mining Analyst at Sun Valley Gold LLP, along with Genuity Capital, Haywood Securities Inc., and Dundee Securities Corporation.
  • Held various mine-site management positions in Canada, Peru and Nicaragua, experience in underground and open pit mine development and production in diverse cultural and social environments.
  • Currently serves on the board of Lundin Gold Inc., Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. and Ero Copper Corp.
  •  Master’s of Business Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Science (Mining Engineering) from Laval University. Has completed the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) Director education program.
