Edie Hofmeister, MA, JD

  • Attorney who has counseled large and small multi-national extractive companies on legal and ESG matters for over twenty years.
  • Most recently was EVP Corporate Affairs and General Counsel of Tahoe Resources Inc. where she headed the Legal, Sustainability and Government Affairs Departments.
  • Since 2006 Edie has worked alongside rural and indigenous communities in India, Peru, Guatemala and Canada to enhance food, work and water security.
  • Serves as the Vice Chair of the International Bar Association’s Business and Human Rights Committee, a group dedicated to promoting high ESG standards in multi-national corporations.
  • Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from UCLA, a Master of Arts degree in international peace studies from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco.

Chantal Gosselin, B.Sc. Eng, MBA

  • 30 years experience in mining operations and capital markets in asset management and as a sell side analyst.
  • Former Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Goodman Investment Counsel and Senior Mining Analyst at Sun Valley Gold LLP, along with Genuity Capital, Haywood Securities Inc., and Dundee Securities Corporation.
  • Held various mine-site management positions in Canada, Peru and Nicaragua, experience in underground and open pit mine development and production in diverse cultural and social environments.
  • Currently serves on the board of Lundin Gold Inc., Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. and Ero Copper Corp.
  •  Master’s of Business Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Science (Mining Engineering) from Laval University. Has completed the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) Director education program.
