• Served as Senior Vice President of Technical Services with Kinross Gold Corp., with global responsibility for strategic planning, resource and reserve calculations, project studies, business development and talent management. 
• Also held positions of increasing responsibility with Inco Ltd. and Vale in the areas of corporate development, strategic planning and financial evaluation, including several years in Indonesia at one of the world’s largest integrated nickel operations. 
• Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Professional Engineer and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Charterholder.

• Qualified Person, registered professional geologist, with over 25 years of mine production and exploration experience in Canada, the US, Peru and Chile, across world-class operating mines, brownfield and greenfield situations.
• Formerly Chief Geologist for Taseko Gibraltar Mines Ltd.
• Previously was Exploration Manager for Teck Resources Limited for Chile and Argentina based in Santiago; Exploration Manager for Newmont Mining Corp. at Minera Yanacocha in Peru; and Senior Mine Geologist at Antamina Mine in Peru for Compania Minera Antamina SA.

Ian Harcus, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

• Chartered Professional Accountant with over 12 years of financial and accounting experience.
• Extensive background in financial management, reporting, corporate transactions & international jurisdictions including Mexico.
• Former CFO & VP, Finance at Alio Gold Inc. (acquired by Argonaut Gold Inc.)
• Held public accounting positions with Grant Thornton LLP and Ernst and Young.

Indi Gopinathan, P.Eng, CPA, CMA

Vice President, Capital Markets & Business Development

• 25 years’ experience in corporate, capital markets and consulting roles including project studies, valuation, equity analysis and marketing. 
• Previously VP of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at IAMGOLD, and earlier held roles with New Gold/Rainy River, Scotia Capital, Noranda/Falconbridge. 
• Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, MBA from Queen’s University and designated P.Eng and CPA, CMA.
• Currently serves as Director with Ascot Gold and on the Governing Council at the University of Toronto.

Country Manager, Mexico

• 25+ years in mineral resource exploration and development, strong relationships within the government and Mexican business community.
• Former Managing Director Mineras de Soyopa SA and Gammon Lake de Mexico SA and Metales Interamericanos SA (subsidiary of Mexigold Resources).

Bruce Kienlen, P.Geo.

Senior Geologist

• Professional Geologist with over 20 years experience in mineral exploration working with junior and major exploration companies.
• Served as senior geologist with Canterra Minerals & Independence Gold, VP Exploration for Diamonds North Resources and project geologist for BHP Billiton.
• Played a key role in the discovery of the diamondiferous Repulse Bay (Qilalugaq) and Amaruk kimberlite fields.

Patrick Loury,M.Sc.

Manager - Geology and Mineral Resource

10+ years’ experience in exploration and resource estimation across multiple operations, including Carlin (Nevada), Kupol (Russia), and La Coipa (Chile). Former Lead Geologic Modeler, Nevada Gold Mines (Barrick-Newmont JV) and Senior Exploration Geologist, Kinross Gold.

Jorge Palma

Senior Geologist

10+ years’ experience in exploration, development and production in the Sierra Madre Trend in Mexico, including 7 years with Americas Gold and Silver (Mine San Rafael) leading metallurgical, geotechnical, infill drilling, permeability test drilling and mine site exploration.
